After Action Report:
Took off July 14th 17:06 1940 flight of 4 Hammy as 3, Para as 5 and Pilotlight as 7.
Flew south to AV21 radar contact AX20 witnessed 110 unique colors attacking Sunderland flight.
Chased away 110 turned north picked up 3 110's headed to English coast. Harassed with quartering attacks until over AW24. Destroyed a 110 with frontal quartering attack witnessed by all in flames.
Remaining 110's turned to Manston where LT. Ray was lost attempting a head-on attack on one of the 2 remaining 110's. Afterward the 110's split up with Captain Hogg damaging one heavily and LT. Geronimo damaging the third and final last seen losing fuel and altitude near AV26 over Whitsatable. Winchester I ordered RTB for remaining aircraft and returned to EastChurch. Where upon landing must have taken some damage from 110's as landing gear folded in crosswind landing resulting in heavy damage to hurricane.Captain Hogg and LT. Geronimo returned safely.
