TWC is in the midst of a leadership change, so it might be a little while before you hear from someone.  I do believe there is a code of conduct that is a required read as well as some specific questions. You can find this information at the following post:

Review it, then reply to it (as a separate thread), answering the questions at the bottom. Once the new leadership is established and the roles assigned, the recruiting officer will take you through the final steps. Be patient and be sure to check back here for any updates.
