Recruitment Application and Codes of Conduct

Hello and welcome to the Wrecking Crew. TWC’s Clan Code of Conduct is the set of standards by which all members of the clan live up to and are measured by. Members of The Wrecking Crew are expected to adhere to the Code of Conduct at all times. We are an adult Gaming Clan and have an age limit you must be 18 or older to become part of the Official Roster. Players younger than 18 are allowed to train with us on occasion but are not allowed TWC tags or to participate in Campaign Oriented Servers where Statistical data is stored.

Please read the code of conduct below before continuing.

1. When you are in game, you wear the TWC tags in game and Discord. You are a Clan Ambassador. Appropriate behavior is demanded, inappropriate behavior is not tolerated. This includes (but not limited to) slander, racism, bigotry, profanity of extreme or perverse nature, or any illicit behavior. This also includes naming conventions. No person shall be excluded from the clan for reasons of color, creed, or religious views.
   
   
2. Voice communication is done through discord and every member of TWC is to sign onto our discord channel when they sign on to any game or server TWC is operating in.
   
   
3. In all games played with TWC members, you are required to use the TWC tag in front of your name and a capitalized first letter for each part of the name. For example, TWC_Fatal Error.
   
   
4. We base ourselves on the military and use a loose command structure. Flying a fighter or bomber in WW2 with no modern aids you must rely on your situational awareness and that same awareness in your squad mates. Teamwork is essential to the mission however slight, and will be required to be a member of the Crew. Lone wolves are not productive.
   
   
5. ANYONE IN TWC CAUGHT CHEATING WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISMISSED FROM THE CLAN.  NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
   

We play hard but we play fair and hacks or cheats of any type are not tolerated whatsoever!
