DOB Mar 1958.

Currant time Zone - GMT. 

Flight sims : IL-2 COD since 2012 now Tobruk. BOS  and DCS- F-14 ,Mirage and Warbirds Spit, 109 and  Anton. DCS flown on SOW server and Dangerdogz server.
 For all of the above I prefer the Warbirds and in particular  the Spit and Hurricane. DCS  Fast jets require regular use in order to remember controls!!

Personal  Details: I am a retired police officer of 30 years, 24 years on Traffic -bikes 'Black Rat' and cars and armed response for three years.
Retired to the Northern Highlands of Scotland  for peace and quiet Hill walking /climbing and running a live steam garden railway.
Both my wife and I are Falconers and have flown and hunted with until recently our 20 year old American Redtail called Rufus.
 I also enjoy military figure painting ,all periods but now 120mm only!
 being retired also means I am able to fit in with other time zones during the day.
How did I hear about you? I saw TWC pilots come up in  the COD server and caught a few of  BlackKnight's  vids. Liked what I saw, enjoyed the banter,  and so here I am.

Hiya Redtail, welcome to the crew. I mostly  fly  CLOD Blitz/Tobruk, but I have dabbled in DCS (didn't much care for their flight or damage model).  I  try to be on 2 or 3 evenings a week, when life permits. I'm located on the West coast of Canada so that makes me PST, which is  GMT-8. I work shiftwork so when I'm working evenings, I can sometimes get on in the morning which would be your afternoon/early evening, so if you see me online don't hesitate to jump in and say hi.

BTW, I too work in law enforcement - I'm a prison chaplain, hence the moniker "Padre"

Welcome Redtail and greetings from Brisbane Australia. There's a few regular UK pilots on CoD so you will have good company getting you up and running. I am usually on CoD 1941 late afternoons AEST which is early morning (6am onwards) UK time. I am originally from the UK but left there in 1998 to work abroad across Europe, Middle East, Africa and now retired in AsiaPac. Catch you in the skies..!! Fyl
